A logbook service differs from a regular service by its approach. It involves checking and/or replacing specific components and fluids recommended by the manufacturer at certain time intervals, in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer specifications.

Many people believe that in order to maintain the warranty on their vehicle they must go back to the dealership for servicing. This is completely false so don’t be misled.
The ACCC have always stated that under the Australian Consumer Law, you are able to have your car serviced by any qualified and licensed car mechanic of your choice.
All our staff at Constantine Motor Repairs are fully qualified mechanics and have maintained our customers’ warranties for years. We are able to carry out and follow the procedures required in a logbook service WITHOUT voiding the manufacturer’s warranty.
